My stay at this hotel was mixed. The rooms were a bit disappointing as they felt a little claustrophobic being in the basement above the bar facing onto Prescott Street. They were also a bit tired and could do with an update, especially the TVs. However, the service exceeded my expectations with the staff being amazing, helpful, and friendly. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from Tower Hill tube station and close to key attractions like the Tower of London. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, with long waits and maintenance issues at breakfast. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The service wouldn't put me off from coming back; they were very good during my two-night stay, polite, and helpful. The location was super convenient, especially for those with disabilities, near St Katharine's Docks, a short walk from The Tower of London, tube station, DLR, and with good bus and river bus services available. The dining experience was excellent, with well-cooked food and a great variety. However, the dining area could be bigger given the number of rooms. Overall, a great choice for accommodation.
